Rates for Counselling
Initial Consultation
Free, 15 minutes
It’s important to find a counsellor who’s the right fit for you. We will talk about your hopes and expectations for counselling, and I will answer any questions you may have.
Individual Counselling
$145 (+5% GST), 50 minute session
An individual counselling session is a time for you to focus on what’s most important to you. Together we will collaborate and work towards your goals for counselling.
Limited sliding scale spots available. If cost is a barrier for you, please inquire about sliding scale rates.
Insurance Coverage
Many extended health benefits plans have coverage for the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
Please check your health benefits plan to see if you have coverage for services by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. If your plan covers you for counselling services, you will pay for the cost of the session in full, and then submit your receipt to your extended health care provider for reimbursement.
